For the main guy, like alex said enhancing the arms could help, for the villain that center area is working really well but the outer parts of him really don't feel designed. Put more 3rd read detail in the arms and the end of the sleeves. For the queen same thing the bottom half of her needs more design and the hoop splits her skirt exactly in half which stagnates the flow. For the pose try to make one yourself and take a picture of it. For the companion, clarify what the bottom half of the robot is. Is it fabric with crossed legs underneath? Again 3rd read detail in the skirt.
